McDonald's in Achern

Careful attention and friendly staff. It could only be ordered to go. It was all very fast. There were many employees, so they must be well coordinated. The order screens had Spanish as well.

So far it has never happened that something we wanted to order was empty, apart from the things that are sold at the MC Café. I think it's great that the vending machines have already arrived in Achern because they make ordering a lot easier, and at the moment preparation is really fast, we didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes. For me, the MC Donalds in Achern is much better than the one from Offenburg or Lahr and the staff is also friendlier. Something is not always forgotten when ordering and if they do make a mistake, in Offenburg it was said that we didn't know what we ordered .. But in itself the MC Donald is just like other MC Donalds, I love the food there, but healthy is something different, and the interior design and the ambience are very similar to other MC Donald branches. In itself, one of my favorite places: D

The parking lot is full of people, no one keeps the minimum distance. Everyone drives through the drive and joins the fun group at the parking lot. Everyone should take their food home with them. If everyone eats together in the parking lot, the measure does not help at all

Friendly and fast service, everything clean and locked.

Ok was there 3 days ago! 20 cars in front of me in the drive-in and apparently a lot of people inside too. Had my meal after 17 minutes! This is a top performance so I'm revising my last review.

I ordered mc drive for about 30 € and arrived at home, lo and behold, there are no two happy meals, the children were totally disappointed. Since I live 30 km away and the children have to go to bed, I no longer went to complain. Too bad

Burger and ice cream is good. But let's get to the negative things: French fries too lax. The slide hurts. The place is good to pamper yourself, if you want a more sophisticated meal I would go to the gas station next door. All in all OK, but the potato dishes are just a joke.

I stood in a long line of cars at Mc Drive but that is normal in Corona times. Otherwise everything is okay in terms of service 👌

Due to the situation, you can only order at the Drive Inn, but the staff there are also very, very nice and polite.

Although the line at the MCDrive was long, the employees worked quickly, were 10 cars in front of us and got food in 7-10 minutes and freshly prepared 😉👍

Very long waiting time with the McDonald's self-service system. Ordered coffee, it was made in a timely manner and then stood for about 15 minutes until it was served by the service employee. The reason was that there was only one employee for the issue and he processed the orders in sequence. It didn't matter that the coffee was ready. The number wasn't on yet. Even when we ask, no chance. Conclusion: Eternal waiting time for an already cold coffee ...

Thanks to Corona, there is now soap and the toilets are clean. Go then !

Very rude staff! Would be great if you already have to fill in the wipe in front of the door, and can also say the date when you ask for it. It seems to be normal not to tell you the time of day or the date as mentioned above. Instead, you prefer to look at your cell phone 👌 Inside you are no longer allowed to order food from the seller, but were advised to order on the screen. Which of course is disinfected after each customer ... not! Great organization 👌 First and last time!

Order in the drive in is 90% incorrect. There is always something missing or something wrong. The staff speaks German only very badly and the intercom makes it difficult to understand.

Decent McDonald's, unfortunately 2 order terminals were not available and no card payment was possible for another. The food was prepared quickly and the staff was friendly.

A napkin or two on the tablet wouldn't have been bad. Otherwise everything is fine. The hygiene concept was also implemented well.

Good eat out. They are following hygiene standards properly. The wraps were awsome.

I rarely visit such places, here it is very clean and friendly service.

Kid’s favorite chicken nuggets are there. Great staff, very friendly and helpful! Place is immaculately clean also.

Quite a good MCD. Because it’s close to the motorway and a service station is always very busy. But they have a lot of staff so service is quite fast. Good stop close to the motorway. One of the better MCDs

The burger bun was so much nicer than what we get in England. I tried the truffle chicken burger,very tasty.

Great McDonalds - it was super busy but they were very efficient, and we did not have to wait long at all for our food. Dropped my McChicken on the floor and they gave me a new one no questions asked, all with a smile. As far as McDonalds along the German autobahn go, this one's a keeper and a good one to take a rest stop when you are traveling through.

Simply good. Everything was to my satisfaction. Fast order at the terminal, despite high visitor rush quickly get my order warm brought to the table. The coffee was in a porcelain cup. The burgers were well stocked, the fries warm and fresh. The staff fast and friendly. Toilets were clean and freely accessible (no payment lock). Even as a non-Mc Donald fan I must praise the branch as an example. Thank you for a great restaurant visit!

Very clean just got coffee but it was good coffee. Funny to see a quarter pounder with cheese as a royal with cheese but it is what they are called in Europe. A big mac is still called a big mac though.

Anywhere in the world... McDonald's are the same... A food chain that has kept up the standards.. We were a big group.. Uet they managed to keep us all happy.. Good.
